I want to lift my truck with a 2 -1 lift using Bilstein shocks. The local shop has the 5100's in stock and will do the work for $1,500. Then I'll have to get an alignment. That probably leaves me a year out from upsizing to an AT tire. Wondering how it might look while in that transitional period. Out Front in Afternoon.jpg

I dont think it would look bad.

I did the opposite, with upsized tires first, then a 2/1" Lift.

2/1 Bilsetin lift is what I'm doing but parts are still in the garage lol. What springs are they using in the front? What does 1500.00 include?
2/1 with 265/70/17 looks good, I'm sure someone will post pics

They are just the adjustable Bilstein 5100's, using existing coil springs and a 1" block in the rear. Seems a little pricey to me, $1,100 would sound better. But they have one set of 5100's left in stock and there hard to find I gather.

I seen these on ebay, but I don't think I want to tackle that work myself. https://www.ebay.com/itm/272592964539

From what I read Bilstein doesn't recommend adjusting the 5100 to 2", IF you'er going 2" you should get lift coils. This is the kit I got https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/shop/...ith-eibach-coils-for-2016-2019-toyota-tacoma/
I got the coil overs assembled so it was about 1k shipped. I would just get added to the waiting list or look at the Eibach lift kit. If you have any mechanical skills you can do it yourself

EDIT: The 2" limit on 5100's is for access cabs, so nevermind
