TSB T-SB-0094-21 - "Water Intrusion causing musty smell"

I found this TSB after some recent winter storms causing excessive water on the road out here in Seattle. I was getting a musty smell in my interior with moisture that looked to be coming through the passenger seat mounts bolts. I hung a Damprid pack behind the passenger seat, and that helped quite a bit. But I was surprised to find this is an actual issue.

So my questions:

• Anybody else have this issue?
• Did anybody actually have the dealership fix anything under this TSB?
  • If they did fix something, what did they fix?

well do you have water intrusion or don't you?? pull up the carpet . if there is water underneath you do. and this bulletin may apply. if not this bulletin does not apply... says so in it.
