Those don’t like zerks nor does it look like you could ever get to them if they were.

The second and third pictures look like they might be the back side of a 45 or 90 degree zerk. Rotate the driveshaft 180 degrees and it'll be easier to tell. Regardless, if that's the main driveshaft, those aren't the factory zerk locations. Are you the original owner of the truck and if so have you had the u-joints replaced?

Edit for clarification: If that's the front shaft on a 4wd then that is the factory zerk location.

I’m the second owner, u-joints weren’t replaced as far as I know. Those pics are from the front so I think those are the zerks. I have to try to clean them up so I can get a better look.

In 1982 I bought a 1978 Datsun pickup that had never been greased as it came from the factory with screw in plugs where the grease zerks should go.

If by..."Those pics are from the front..." you mean that's the front shaft then those are likely the zerks. To grease them though you're gonna have to turn the shaft halfway around as your pics are of the back side of the zerk. As long as you're in 2wd the front driveshaft can easily be turned by hand.
