I don't think it's for longer than 1 minute. It's only as a cushion so the rockets don't tear themselves and the launch pad to bits.

 

Guy that traded me the chains and other stuff from the house he bought came by again. He cleaned up some electrical stuff. Traded him some stuff from the store, 2 propane tanks, Red Bull, smokes, oil, etc. all of this stuff for the total of $63.54

You made a score of the year there, your $63 is only about 10% of the cost of that coil of AC cable alone.

 

I believe that top chain is the load chain from an overhead hoist from the style of hook. The inspector uses a tool like the below for a quick check of chain wear.

 

Any one of those things would be $63!

No, he was using the walk mower. He does have a tractor though -- for a 75 x 140 lot.
I guess waxing the snowblower didn't take as long as he planned...
