Anyone have experience with the Super Quickfist mounts and how strong they are?

Looking at using on to hold a SCUBA tank upright in the bed via the OEM rail system. Their website says a 50lb load but was wondering how they hold up when bumping around offroad.

They will hold it just fine. They are pretty stout. Use a washer in front of the through bolt. I’ve used them to secure a highlift Jack to the top of a tool box and they did fine. The size you need are frequently used to hold fire extinguishers which are typically heavier than SCUBA/SCBA cylinders.

I’ve had a few things locked down in my bed with quickfists for the last few years and they are solid not worried at all haven’t moved. Actually it can be a pain to get the damn things to let go.
