I was thinking the same thing, it’s pretty short so obviously been cut, or broke

He is a great example of why one shouldn't retire from something, you need to retire to something. (Like you did.)

He doesn't work on the lawn in the sense of making it beautiful, just spends the season mowing it daily until it is dust. Then he mows the dust.

A 3" snowfall is huge entertainment: between checking for snow, shoveling 12 times and talking to the neighbors about it he has an all day extravaganza.

Maybe his wife is a nag, so he'd rather go outside

I won't get my blower out for anything less than 8" (giggity) typically. Even then there's 4WD HI/LO in the Tacoma. I'm super lazy when it comes to snow, I hate moving it and the cold.

The double sloped driveway at home gets about 13 minutes of sun per day in the winter and at my elevation when downtown gets 4" we get a foot. If I didn't do something I wouldn't be going anywhere and maybe more importantly the UPS/FEDEX guys couldn't deliver parts. :D

    That said, I hate snow...

This chimney will be gone. I ask them to bust it below the roof and patch it. It won’t be used again and no sense for another chance for a leak in the future.

I don't have too far to the main road...

Lucky in one way, but the traffic noise can be interesting. I'm used to it by now. Quite entertaining, I'll grab a beer and sit on a lawn chair and watch traffic. I'm easily amused

Last picture of the Talon? :( I liked that project, you need another.

I live on a 3 house dead end dirt road off another dirt road that isn't on the way to anywhere, traffic is a novelty here.

This whole damn house has been one helluva project so far

Almost got the garage done though, so there is that...

Gotta recoup a couple years before I even think about another project car. Lost about $1500 in the Talon...

Adam that driveway is so nice you could paint yellow lines and people would think its a city parking lot.

We all have to have a gift -- I excel at losing money on projects.

I have a friend on the other hand who could sell a Frigidaire to an Eskimo and get the guy to take the service contract too, this fellow could sell used sheetrock. (The Bastard!)

Believe it or not, it's a hair under 10 years old. Previous owner had it all ripped up and redone in 2012. Course there's several oil spots I gotta get out, somehow not from one of my vehicles
