replaced whole front end last 2 years

    new wheel bearings
    upper CA with BJ
    Lower CA with BJ
    new stabilizer links
    new stabilizer bushings
    new rotors, pads, calipers
new steering shaft and rack done 4 years ago

jacked up last night, its all tight, nothing loose

When driving, feels like my stabilzer bar isnt doing anything and truck is all over the place when windy

    Is you truck lifted?

    Have you checked the alignment.
Caster can cause the truck to feel like it’s “all over the place”.

What about the coilovers? How old are they? How old are the springs and what weight (600, 650 lb)? How much weight do you have on the front end?

The stabilizer bar does not assist with windy conditions; it’s to counter leaning when the opposite end goes up, which happens when the truck leans to one side like when you turn.
You don't mention if you got new inner/outer tie rods. Also, what brand control arms you get? The BJ’s in my Dorman LCA’s were shot with less than 1500 miles.
