    2015 sr5 taco dclb
    I got code p0355 today saying coil #5 is faulty. I changed the coil and cleared the code then It came back. It could be spark plugs but my 4.0 only has 94k miles. Anyone have any suggestions.

    It should be time for your third set of spark plugs with that mileage, but I expect that would be a different code. I’d swap the plugs since it probably needs em anyway, put the ome coil back in and see what happens

    Change the spark plugs just out of maintenance.

    Could be wiring or something else causing the problem, though that would be rare.
