WELL, may I ask when you say it did not start, do you mean it did not crank over or it cranked over and did not start ????

Dealership couln't find anything wrong..... yet? Are they still looking or did they actually give up and give it back to you? They need to keep looking. Obviously if it does not start, something is wrong.

Here’s what happened to me last week. Truck wouldn’t start. Had to connect battery to a tender overnight. Found that because I had a jump pack plugged into my armrest cubby all the time the trucks system was continuously looking for a connection even with the truck turned off. I now only keep things connected to charge while the trucks engine is running.

Might you have some charging device continuously connected? If so, disconnect and jump the battery. I also keep a jump pack with me in the truck with me. You likely only need to charge it once overnight every 6 months. Easy enough for my wife to use.

    Oh look, another mod....
Getting information out of this guy is like pulling teeth. It's like he doesn't want actual help. He just wants to complain.

How could a Toyota dealership service department not be able to properly diagnose this? Surely they would have considered the clutch interlock switch along with everything else.
