Yeah, eff it— I’m in. What’s the thread count and head type and preferred finish? Let’s crowd source this.

That’s how they made the Oxford English Dictionary back before computers!

OP, you get one (1) bolt and one (1) nut from me. DM me your address but post the specs online so others can help too. We got this!

The new term is now "Gary" for dudes. I really could have gone to the hardware store by now. I might even have these bolts in the garage in one of those stainless bolt kits but I haven't looked yet. As far as wasting time this has just been a good thread to visit while I read through all the lift, bumper, and slider threads. I am planning out the upgrade now torn between Eibach and Bilstein.

You guys win. They are right and I am wrong. Buy with confidence.I completely recommend Caliraised for all your lighting and overlanding needs.

On like a 1-10 scale am a .5 upset. It is not that serious. Any of those options probably would have worked. Are you in customer service or something? Does not matter. Like I said earlier this is my bad. I highly recommend Caliraised for your lighting needs.

Every job is customer service (in my opinion); but no, I'm not technically in a customer service job. That being said, IF I were a CR customer service rep, I wouldn't have extended a discount code or gift card for such a small amount to you, because it'd be a slap in your face.
    Response #1: we don't know, but here's a 10% coupon
Response #2: We don't know, because we don't carry the product anymore and don't have the hardware on hand; but what we do know is that they will for sure be metric, and we know that larger stores typically don't carry them, so check a smaller hardware store for best luck.

Also just want to note, its okay to admit that a bash thread was overreacting, but doing so doesn't mean you have to stand by their products and recommend them to anyone else. I certainly don't. I've got rusty hardware and water filled lights. But I knew what I was signing up for. Lights still work as advertised, and I also now know that I'll opt for stainless hardware when I need to mount anything on my truck.

If there are no threads on this stuff how is anyone supposed to know? I don't think my original post was some massive bash fest. I just listed my experience and my initial thoughts in the form of a question and then the hilarity ensued with some of the dudes on this site because INTERNET. I did not know Caliraised had a reputation and should have done more research. But all that said people seem to be a fan of this company here and the lights do work. So I have been persuaded and people should buy with confidence.

Dude seriously, rusted cheap chinese made bolts are notoriously common, spend the extra$2 bucks and go to your hardware store and get fix it up right, i do the same with all my stuff that sees weather, salt, etc. Quit being a cry baby and bashing a company for using "cheaper materials". Unfortunately its common practice to save a penny and source cheaper materials.

I think your thread deserves every right to have a place on this site; I wouldn't want you thinking I'm suggesting there's no place for negative product reviews, although this is pretty much already the reality to an extent unfortunately. I'd dare to say a large majority here agrees with you that their products are inferior, but I always give credit where credit is due; their customer service was all anyone would hope for in this case. Thats the disconnect here. And I'm not here to make any personal jabs at anyone, just hopefully help in some way.

I personally like putting security torx on my lights. The ARP bolts do give a nice fit and finish look though. Since OP is starting a go fund me maybe he will exceed his goal and can splurge.
