I have been having an issue with my DRL's randomly turning off sometimes for a few hours or a few days. It's only ever one at any given time. I replaced the bulbs when my passenger side had stayed off for a week and that worked for two days but i'm back to losing one at a time again. I'm not sure what to check next, any help is appreciated

Do the turn signals work when the DRL's go out?

My suspicion would be the flasher relay is failing
You can check for power on pin 17 (Right)(Light Blue) and pin 10 (Left) (Yellow) at the flasher relay when either of them stop working, if your missing power you have a bad flasher relay, if you have power on both but the bulbs aren't working you have a broken/corroded wire, bad connection, or bad bulb.
See the thread below for flasher relay location and access.
