I don't think access cab vs 4-door makes any difference under the truck. What does make a difference is 2WD vs 4WD along with engine size.

^^ spacecoast is right. That being said, also went with MillerCat, as it was the cheapest that’ll get the job done - if you want a proper skid/cat guard combo Id probably go RCI or Talons. They probably all have discount codes, so look for that first, MCs was “protectmytaco”

I installed a Talons on my '19 TRD Sport, access cab, 4WD, stick shift. Fit well, appears to be high quality, no nutserts to worry about spinning when you try to remove it after in 5 years to change the MT gear oil.

RCI just released a cat-theft protection option as an add on to their transmission skid. Hoping to see my new skid plates ship within the next week, the peace of mind will be worth it.

Have the Talons Garage shield with the security bolts. Good piece of mind. 777FC363-E7B9-4597-A80D-F70FE43E3DBC.jpg

Another option if you have a V6 is a Y-Pipe which deletes the secondary Cats.

I have installed this on a 2wd access cab. From what I determined the change in spacing was after the rear transmission/transfer case cross member.
