I just mounted a 23 zero 270 awning on my prinsu topper rack with the three provided brackets. I also have the full prinsu cab rack, and the awning is so long that it hangs over quite a bit from the bracket closest to the cab. After opening up the awning, I noticed the front hinges were pretty flimsy due to lack of support. I was thinking I could move the middle awning bracket over to the cab rack to give the front of the awning more support. Does anyone have any experience with mounting something like this between the front and back rack? I’m worried the bed of the truck might articulate more than the cab and over stress the awning. What do y’all think?
