You can easily check the O2 heaters with an ohmmeter.

It’s fixed! Here’s a little back story so you understand why we did what we did. When I bought my donor truck (96 taco) for a 95 taco that had been rolled but already had a lift kit on it so since I wanted to keep the lift kit and not ruin a frame my dad and I decide to put the 96 cab on the 95 frame. The 96 came with a new distributor. We put the distributor on the 95 and it was running funny but we had done a lot of stuff to it before we figured out it was the distributor including, THE O2S. Anyway we fixed that problem but didn’t think to check the o2s since we thought we got correct ones. Turns out when I pulled the o2s yesterday I wasn’t getting any connection from the downstream o2s for the heater. The o2s we took out were denso’s so I knew the had to be good so I soaked them in carb cleaner and aired them out and check them. They were working like they should and we’ll that was it. Thank you guys for your help the taco is finally CODE FREE:bananadance:
