    Need inputs/ideas.

After I installed aftermarket LCAs seemed like both of my tie rods are getting short I back out the tie rods almost all the way out and my toes still butterflies in. I had already adjust both cams with countless times and still won't help. Any ideas/suggestions, thanks.C34E6C9C-2C44-4CF1-B0B7-7B991D68D337.jpgbecause of the camera angles they looked ok but they're not when look directly at each tire individually.

Used 16 gage steel it worked pretty well. would have recommended using aluminum, but already had this at the house.

Finally got the my fuse block and relay block wired up and mounted. Rerouted my light bar, hood lights, and ditch lights, wiring can be a little better, but works for the time being. Relay block is not drilled into factory cover, cut a piece of ABS plastic and used heat set inserts to attach the block and then 3M dual lock to attach to the top of the fuse cover. This way I dont have to drill into the legend inside of the lid.

    Just an fyi:

If you hate(I did) that 2019+ Tacomas no longer have the driver side bed cubby that doubles as an attach point for your MOLLE panels, you can drill and add M6 rivnuts and order a couple of the OEM T30 torx screws to fully secure the panel. Having it float freely annoyed the shit out of me even though it was plenty secure without.

Nice, I'm looking to do exactly that. Was it difficult routing the wiring?

I have some yellow DD SC2 pod lights sitting around & I also just received my Dunarri Pierce chase light, so I fabbed up a nice little wiring harness for my roofrack. The SC2s will go on my Prinsu above the L/R rear doors for campsite lighting, while the chase light will be bolted to the rear rack rail. The SC2s also have a low-intensity amber backlight, so I’ve dedicated one circuit on my SwitchPro for amber backlighting both simultaneously, while the higher intensity yellow lights will have 2 dedicated circuits, one each for left and right. The chase light will be setup primarily for burst strobe pattern, but I’m also going to see how it does for rear ambient lighting. It’s ridiculously bright, but I can program my Switch Pro to dim it in 3 stages, so we’ll see how it does. I have a BAKflip that covers the cab mounted cargo light when it’s flipped up, but since the Dunarri chase light will go on the roofrack, it may light things up alright. I shall see if it’s good enough to serve dual purposes.

Many of the roof wiring installs I’ve seen over the years have been utter hackjobs, so I wanted mine to be ultra clean and look as OEM as possible. Keep in mind that all the wiring not in shrinktubing is excess that will be trimmed to needed length under the hood and at each of the three lighting positions. All connections will be done with marine grade hardware and individually shrinktubed as well. I’ll post up the finished product once I’ve had some time to install everything.

Absolutely not, its about as simple as it gets. once hooked up to the battery, you'll see a opening right below the brake master cylinder where bunch of other hoses run down. I just followed that down, ran it down inside the frame. You'll see other factory stuff running down the frame so it makes its easy to ziptie the wire. My truck is lifted so it was much easier to crawl around on the bottom. Depending how and where you drive you can just run it straight down without trying to hide it much. I get myself in sticky situations all the time so no i had to take extra time to hide the wires to avoid snagging it on something. Whole job took me about an hour. Led strip was $10 toggle switch $1 and wire i had laying around.

Finally the weather was just right so I got out yesterday and installed Diode Dynamics fogs and PRO style grille. Was a good time to remove the air dam too.3-26-22 Tacoma Upgrades.jpg

Nice. Where you get the grill from? I’ve been trying to decide on a vendor to get it from. Tacoma Beast looking like maybe the one with their military discount.

I went through the splash guards after removing the tires...hardest part was getting them lined up with the bezel. Take your time and you'll get 'em in. You're gonna love the difference.

Awesome, thanks again for the info. I already have everything too. Was thinking of using the LED strips slightly differently and attaching them to the under side of my RTT so the light is thrown down into the bed and onto the ground under the ladder. I really don't want to put any screws into my tent though. The strips I got have 3M adhesive but I worry about that holding up long term.

So I have some more thinking to do...haha.
