Hi I recently got the code P0031 on my 5 lug Tacoma(2007), I just bought the same sensor it had(Denso), After I changed the sensor the check engine light kept being on, (Yes I deleted the codes), The light came on after I took apart the intake manifold I do not know if they any correlation with each other, the scanner shows OL-Fail and the voltage is about 3.39, I got the sensor from rockauto.
Any ideas about how I can fix it?
    Thanks

Are you sure you didn't break any wires or leave something unplugged, since you already replaced the sensor the next logical thing would be a broken wire or bad connection somewhere.
