Well my build happened rather quick but will definitely change a little here and there over time. As my truck sits now I’m pretty happy with it, I have a winch still to put on but that’s about it!

I picked up the taco 1/25/2022 from York, PA.

I immediately put LED headlight bulbs and LASfit switchback fog lights in and ordered a TRD Pro grill the same day I bought the truck. Added the husky liners as I’ve had them in my last truck and love them! I already had ordered an RCI 12” bed rack for my last truck (F150) just before I decided to trade it in on the taco, luckily it fit in the taco! I also added in the tonneau cover adapters from RCI to raise my bed rack up 3”. Made the rear window useable again!

Next thing I did was added some bed stiffeners on account I knew I was going to run a RTT and/or other accessories from time to time! Front seat molle panel by Desert Does It and bedside molle panels from BuiltRight Industries. Also around this time I had the hood, front fenders, front bumper, mirror caps, rockers and the front portion of the roof PPF’d from a local company.

Found some cheap side steps on FB marketplace just for looks and a little door ding protection until I’m ready to get rock sliders, which will most likely also be RCI.

Hooke Road tailgate panel from Amazon

One day I just happened to be looking at TW and found a set of dream wheels only 5 hours away, Rays TE37X’s!

Found my RTT on FB marketplace as well. It’s a Smittybilt Overlander gen1. I also bought the annex for it. Wanting to upgrade to the collapsible ladder somewhat soon next!

RCI bike mount added to the bed rack and also modified to maxtrax brackets to fit my cheap amazon traction boards!

I’m running a Rago Fabrication cb antenna mount, Firestik 4’ tunable antenna with a Cobra Mini cb. Currently I’m running the cb off the 12v but will eventually wire into a switch through the truck. I ran the antenna cable through the driver taillight and along the C channel and up through the grommet under the passenger seat and over to the plastic trim and up under the dash around to the cb for a nice clean “factory” look. Also cut a piece of stainless to make my own mic ram mount bracket.

    RCI roof rack

And in case anyone is wondering a 285/75 will fit in the spare tire location, it will! It’s tight, really tight, but it works!
