    Sorry wrong forum!
Had 5100s installed on middle notch and the bushing installed on the driver side. While installing my Cat Security plate today I took off the skid plate just behind the front skid. There was a puddle of oily dirt on the passenger side and a small puddle on the driver side of the skid plate under where the CVs connect to the whatever its called on the inboard side. No visible drip on driver side but a small visible drip on pass side at the inner connection and the boots are fine.
Question: when they installed the driver side bushing did they drain both sides and thats the leak I see or is the leak on the pass side not related? My warranty mileage is 24,568 so want to get some ideas from the brain trust before I bring it in for its first ER visit. Thanks for your time!

They should have drained the Front Differential. This involves removing the skid plate.
There should be no reason to touch the passenger side if all they did was the bushing.
The bushing is on the drivers side.

Why do you cv angles looking?

    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
Maybe they just pulled the axle and let it drain that way, buttholes if so. Also, should of cleaned off any residual oil.

Did they change the oil seal on the diff housing assembly? I hear some say they don't bother unless they damage it, which seems really foolish because it's a $4 part, can only be done with the axle out and is worn in with the current setup and changing the bearing to a bushing can change the relative position of the axle to the seal/housing.

Seal might have gone bad. I lost a CV seal but it wasn’t slow drip, it completely drained while driving.
