new head unit and got rid of the morel speakers, they were not for me. Got another set of hertz 165xl with the 28mm tweeters and it sounds awesome.Running active with the arc 600.4 bridged to the mids and a small audio control amp on the tweeters. Then a separate amp for a single 10" sundown sld ported

    Thanks.

I'm running the Audiofrog widebands in the dash, they're great for lifting the soundstage, but they really fall short on the highs. I was wandering how a wide-range tweeter would compare in that location.

I'm sure it's best to add a tweeter on-axis, but was hoping I didn't have to go down that road.

These hertz come alive with some good power and the tweeters sound plenty loud but smooth. I can listen at loud volume forever without ear fatigue. Very clean and my soundstage sounds like it’s coming from the center dash. The mods move some air on my legs other than that it all sounds up front and center. The head unit makes a huge difference.
