Haha, fair enough. On the left is a Redarc charge controller, center is a diesel heater, right it the fuel tank for it. Its all crammed in this cabinet in the right side of the bed.

Nope. Just make sure you watch when you drill into the radiator support. Put a depth limiter on the bit (in a pinch, a strip of electrical tape will do) and make sure you mark it and check it a few times before you drill. Make a small pilot hole before you drill the big hole. Took me about 45 minutes and I was being very careful.

Thanks. Mine are set on first notch as well. Have a 3 leaf aal and 1/2" shim to keep factory rake. Running same size tire but in KO2's. Looking forward to eventually installing the lift.

    Nothing crazy!
A little chilly today, but still fun to ride. Installed my Striker single hood strut. Really love it.

The Meso AC vent rings I installed the other day. Somewhat ironically, the driver's side vent ring still reflects onto the side view mirror, but it's not nearly as distracting as the OEM chrome.

Easily the most divisive Tacoma product.

I give it a 8-8.5/10. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it as I got it NIB used from a member here. My box had the wrong hardware, but a quick Amazon purchase and I was back in business. The fit iself is fine as far as the panel to the truck. The handle and covers leave a little bit to be desired, especially the lower cover that doesn't sit in tight the way the top one does. I also feel like the flash lines on the mold could be cleaned up. The color and graining is quite good in terms of matching OEM and the fitment at the dash it also quite good. I do wish it included the OEM foam insulation and I tried to transfer mine from the stock pillar, but I didn't have enough adhesion left. Some member mentioned wishing the replacement bolts were chamfered and I fully support that as I think that would have gone miles in getting the bolts started as that was the single toughest part of the project. I test fit the bolts beforehand and they worked but were not as smooth as I'd have liked.

However, that being said, it's not a bad product, especially for $140 shipped. I have made peace with any potential safety issues. I watched the IIHS small frontal overlap test of the passenger side and you can see the head contact with the handle, but it's not something the IIHS specifically set up as a "head injury" so I think I'm okay. I have to believe Toyota deleted it on the Tundra for this reason bsaed on their tests. I'll probably eat the handle next weekend, but let's hope that's not the case. I have to remind myself how to use it again as I was used to it on my 2G, but not on the new truck.
