Thank you so much. Been drowning myself to find certain part numbers but now no longer have to. Definitely a must have.

Amazing that though this document seems fairly complete.. it seems to be missing some major parts of the drivetrain. I don't see anything about the front or rear driveshafts (for 4WD.) I'm trying to find the part #s for the flexible rubber bellow boots that protect the slip joints on the front & rear driveshafts. 2014 V6 4WD Access Cab.

SPICER sells replacement kits as follows. These kits are the same as the factory-original boots on my 2014 AC V6 4WD 6MT TRD Off Road. Not sure if they fit all 2nd gens, I guess that would depend on whether there were any front or rear driveshaft revisions for 2nd gen 4x4s.

FRONT driveshaft boot: SPICER part #211916X (complete replacement kit with clamps). The number molded into the boot itself is: 232 485
REAR driveshaft boot: SPICER part #211932X (complete replacement kit with clamps.) The number molded into the boot itself is: 232 557

I ordered a couple of front-driveshaft boots from Northern Drivetrain. (One to do a replacement since the original boot is just starting to show signs of cracking deep in the folds of the accordion, at about 63K miles - and another as a long-term spare.)

Northern Drivetrain shipped fast & they were also fast to correct an error on their part. My original order was for Qty. 2, they shipped only 1. I contacted them & they shipped out the 2nd one immediately and it arrived timely.

Here are photos of what I rec'd from Northern Drivetrain. (Only front boot shown, I haven't rec'd rear yet as I am trying to order it from Amazon where I found a lower price.)

    ------------

Note that the ring clamps for these boots are called Oetiker clamps, from the company that (I presume) invented them. To be specific, I'm pretty sure they are Oetiker's "StepLess Ear Clamps", standard series 167. (There are 2 diff. sized clamps for the front driveshaft boot. The larger clamp dimensions as-measured w/ Mitutoyo calipers: 56mm diam x 7mm wide x 0.6mm thick, with an inside-ear width of 10mm. This very likely Oetiker item #16703053, reference # 054.5-706R)

This series of clamps is not designed to be reusable, though I have seen at least one youtube mechanic demonstrate a way of re-using them. I'm going to see if I can find a suitable Oetiker clamp that is designed to be removable/reusable as that would make it a lot easier to inspect and lubricate the slip-joint splines from time to time.

Why not just use a normal worm-gear clamp for this application? I'm guessing it's for two reasons: shaft vibration caused by the gross imbalance of the worm-gear mechanism, and possibly worm-gear loosening over time due to high vibration.

Oetiker also makes their Series 268 line of re-usable ring clamps. These max out at 41mm diameter which is large enough for the smaller ring clamp on the boot but not the larger one. The clamp width & thickness look suitable to fit the boot, but from the photos of the Series 268 it looks like there's a protrusion on the inside of the clamp that might over time cause the boot material to puncture & fail:
