Roof rack light wiring

Hey all first post here. It was a long day but got a lot done. Hood struts, ditch lights, roof rack, light bar, and rigid a series lights on the side for camping. Still waiting for power tray from cali raised to get here it's on back order. Then just wire it all up inside the engine bay, install the switch pro panel inside the truck and it will be ready to go. now I need some help/ideas and maybe some links. I know the wiring from the rack to the hood looks shoddy. I spliced and separated the A series lights driver side and passenger side. Does anyone have any suggestions or links to maybe run weather stripping or something else I may not be thinking of to clean up the look of the wiring?

 

I was able to stuff mine in the gap between the trim and pillar. But your wires look thick. The gap I marked in red below.
