OME add-a-leaf, does it add lift or no?

I have OME EL095R (Medium duty) leaf spring already installed, but with 2 bikes in the bike sometimes it feels like it sags a bit more than I would like it to.

I don't want more lift, but I would like more additional load capacity/less sag when loaded.

Would adding extra leaf add much in terms in lift or no? how bad is ride quality empty?

    Thanks in advance!

And I am asking this because in theory EL095R (medium duty) and EL096R (heavy duty) from what I understand is different in that extra leaf, but in theory they have same amount of lift, but do they in reality?!

ARB (manufacturer of OME suspension) spec's out the medium duty packs (EL095R) to provide approximately 2.75” of lift over stock on an 05-15 and around 2" of lift on a 2016+ Tacoma, both running 0 lbs. to GVW. The heavy duty pack (EL096R) having one extra leaf increases the load capacity by around 15%. ARB indicates this pack provides around 2.75” of lift over stock on an 05-15 and around 2" of lift on a 2016+ Tacoma, both running around 660lbs of constant weight.

With any add-a-leaf you’re going to add at least the thickness of the leaf so I would guess half inch?

in reality I would I assume you’d be getting more than that unless the leaf is flat like an overload leaf or something.
