Thats odd. I've replaced the outers once and the inner and outers once since the install of the DK LCAs. I have not had these issues. Both my outers were turned in 14 and 15.5 full turns on the inner rod. How many turns are you getting on the outer tie rods? Do the LCA frame mounts look good, not bent or out of shape? Did you happen to look at both the stock arms and the DK arms together next to each other before the install? If all this looks good, it could be the rear cam bolts. Chances are they are maxed to the most castor. You can try to turn it so that the nut moves in towards the frame, watch the LCA it should be moving in towards the frame. Good luck hope it gets all figured out.

All is good had to play with SPC UCAs to go along with DK LCAs both top and bottom have to be adjusted in certain angle to get it working correctly, thanks for the inputs.

FB Marketplace find. New 4Runner TRD pro wheels with BFG KO2's 265/70/17"s. Looks like it needs a lift. And TPMS sensors. They guy kept his for his new wheels.

The only downside is that the shift boot can't connect to the Mazda3 knob, but a properly sized grommet stuffed in the boot fixes it well enough. It's like a 10 minute job. Probably 5 if you chuck the tap into a power drill. You'll need a 10.8mm drill bit, but you might be able to get away with a 10mm since it's just some dense plastic in there, maybe Delrin.

Finally got tired of the spacer lift on the front, and the underdamped Deavers in the rear. Anyone else notice that Fox spends a lot to send you a whole booklet on how to replace the decals on the shocks you bought, but there isn't any information at all about mounting the actual shocks??

The best part is that now my magnetic gray truck is just like everyone else's!

not at all. Just a little scuffing to help the paint stick. I also used a paint and primer in one can so that may also help.

You will not need aftermarket tie rods, I would recommend setting all 4 alignment cams in the neutral position for both camber and castor (head of the bolt in the most downward position) and get it to the alignment shop Im confident they will have no issues getting it into spec. Also make sure that you are not judging or trying to set your alignment at full droop. If you have any further issues or questions feel free to reach out to our sales team at 619-944-8913 or sales@dirtkingfabrication.com and we thank you for your support!

Installed the Alpine KTA-450 Powerpack this weekend. Huge improvement to overall power, clarity, and bass. For ~$225 I think it's well worth it if you can't or don't want to spend $1200 on a new head unit.

Can you tell me more about this? Just an amplifier? did you upgrade your speakers as well? Also, did you mount it behind the head unit somewhere? Final question on the head unit, does it have RCA connectors? Thinking of adding a forward facing thermal camera, but it needs RCA jacks to connect to the head unit. Just curious since you pulled it out.

Nothing huge but it makes me happy. Since I de-stickered the truck I still wanted a little TRD branding and it keeps in theme with the vintage color pallette I've been using for accessories

Good call man! I'll upgrade my tape if I go that route.

Now I'm considering finding some sort of LED strip that can utilize the track that's on the underside of my tent between the tent mounts. o_O

Over the weekend I added the anytime camera mod (probably one of my favorite mods to date!) and added the @state48overland State 48 Overland Differential Breather & Relocation Kit. It was really easy, I think the hardest part was removing the rear wheel well liner to be able to make the connection at the fuel filler bezel. No real pics to post on these two.

Perfect, was hoping it was for sale somewhere. I'll stalk it for a while telling myself I don't need it before I purchase it in a few weeks
