I am currently running an old man emu leaf pack on my 2nd gen Tacoma pic of leaf pack and part number below. In addition I have bilstien 5100s in the rear which are now blown out I suspect because they were not made for the amount of droop the pack offers, my mistake. To fix this I was thinking of picking up some Bilstein B110 and extended break lines and maybe extended bumpstops. Will this fix my issue?

Anything wrong with OME 60091 shocks? They are made for the travel of OME leafs.

I just installed new IronMan 4x4 leaf springs (as my original IronMan leaf springs were worn out after almost 8 years on my truck), and I used Bilstein 5125 shocks. The ride is much nicer than the old springs and IronMan shocks, and the shocks were reasonably priced (I bought them from here: https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/shop/...rear-lift-shocks-for-2005-2022-toyota-tacoma/). Like many people in the reviews for those shocks, the bushings for the lower shock mount are too wide, so some rubber had to be shaved off, and the collar had to be cut down as well. Other than that, they fit well!

This is my setup, trimmed dakar heavy pack, B110 shocks with rear superbumps and a u bolt flip with the largest spacer available for the superbumps from wheelers. You will be fine if you run like this, your shocks were your limit straps in your old setup. With this setup you gain 4 inches of downtravel over stock and wont top out the shock if you use the largest spacer for the superbumps.

Will give you the flex in my profile pic, that lr tire is still on the ground also.
