Finally...!!!

Finally...!!!
After years and years waiting for the "right time" to get back into the truck scene (previously owned a 1991 Toyota SR5 4X4 Xtra-Cab), I just now became the prideful owner of a 2000 Tacoma PreRunner Xtra-Cab.

I will admit that though I am not 100% satisfied with the Tacoma I got, I'm still pretty much in the mid 80's to mid 90's satisfaction level. The only reason I am not at the 100% mark is cause I would have preferred the V6 engine, 4x4 tranny, and blue-grey interior color, but all that is in the plans to make it happen. I sincerely feel I got a good solid get-up with regards to a VERY clean body, frame, and paint so I could easily swap out all of the above upon the passing of time. Oh also, I do have a couple of engine related bugs going on, but I'm optomistic that it's just gonna be a couple of simple items to diagnose, find, and repair.

Nevertheless... I just wanted to say "Hey!!!" and share my excitement a bit with a crowd who can appreciate the pride of ownership a Toyota Tacoma could give.
