Anyone know the part number for this..50A heater fuse. Popped for some reason when I put the relay back in, even with the key off.

You da man! Pretty sure that be it!

I was searching it as a fuse and was not finding anything.

Pulled my resistor. There is some slight discoloration at the plug and what I believe is the internal fuse (pointing to it with the key). I had one I replaced years ago while trying to track down another issue. But think I threw it away... Is it worth the 40 bucks to order an new one and the repair pigtail harness to install it? I literally cannot find anything that is causing the problem.

It is also obvious the blue/white got pretty hot at the blower motor too.

Is there anywhere slightly upstream of that connector that you can check voltage? Maybe just that plug got a bit spicy for some reason and needs fresh wire in there which is causing the voltage drop.

I though about using my fancy wire strippers to strip a section mid wire (in an area that doesn't look like it has been spicy) to check to see if that might be the issue. That wire has been hot at the plug!

Ordered the fusible link on Amazon. Free returns if it isn't the right thing and should be here tomorrow.

I like that plan and just throw some electrical tape around it when you’re done, or cut/solder/heat shrink. Don’t even need to do both, just the positive. You can put the ground on a nearby bolt.

Found this on Amazon. Might just order it and replace the plug for piece of mind.

That's because it's necessary. Not necessarily applied.

Dang, that looks sweet! Is that what you ended up getting instead of the arrma? Or did you get both?

I just learned that larger, aluminum transmission pans are a thing and now I want one for the tundra. It increases fluid capacity by almost a gallon and acts as a heat sink to keep pan temps down. Not terribly expensive either. Whenever I drop the pan to replace the filter I’ll put one of these on.

I figure cooler is always better, to a point. Really not that much money either in comparison to other things.
