Around $48k for my prime back in early 2021.

I use gas so little that I actually have to force myself to run hybrid only after the fuel gets to 6 months old. I only fill up 1/4 of a tank. Also only filled up 3 or 4 times so far after 6k miles.

We used gas frequently in the winter months due to heater, but there is concern during the summer months.

I stopped my heater usage because of the stupid heat pump noise. But California cold isn’t all that cold anyway. AC is going to be a no brainer with summer coming up but if gas prices are still high I’ll just sweat.

You could do RSR coilovers or springs as a start

I tried to just use the seat heater and wheel heater, but dam my feet needed heat. And my wife, let’s say sauna is what she likes.

My seat heater stopped working so I don’t even have that luxury. My mom is the exact opposite. Ice cold is what she likes. We went up to the mountains and she thought 28 degrees was hot.

But yea, wool socks or some nice shoes can keep your feet toasty. I’ve got my work shoes on most the time and they’ve got some kind of insulating properties so I’m good there.

If the seat heater goes, my wife will have me fixing/replacing/setting fire to it immediately. I like windows down, she needs to sit on the warming pad.

I like the mods you guys have done , but my wife's XLE premium is a pavement princess. She won't even drive it in a gravel parking lot.:D

It's technically my wife's car but of course I drive it often. She just goes along with the mods because she has some other teacher guys at school that come out at the end of each day to see what's new on the car! :D It started when she was driving the Taco to work everyday before we finally got the Rav. I was heavy into daily mods!

Btw....check out the hood of the RAV after a down pour the other day. Just caught me off guard and thought it was so unusual that I had to snap a few shots...

This stuff will have it doing that (maybe just simply rolling off) for months: Amazon.com: CARPRO HydrO2 Foam Wash & High Gloss Sealant in One, Ultra-Hydrophobic Coating - 500mL (17oz) : Automotive

Rav4Forum sux! Seriously. This thread is already more fun then the subject matter over there not to mention the forum format.

The tires I just put on are Falken Wildpeaks A/T Trail. 245/65R17. It as big as you can go without and lift or mods.

This is with NO finish treatment. I'm waiting for paint cure which is just about ready. Theonly thing I used on it was Meguiar's Ceramic Detail for clean up. My Taco is treated with the Ceramic Hybrid liquid and it's awesome. I need to claybar the RAV to lose the contamination then she'll get the treatment.

Thanks, that's the EXACT information I wanted! Do you have OEM wheels? Anything I need to know there? She has those silver plastic looking things. She doesn't care, but they drive me nuts.

oh, that's bonkers! I use refresh and it, on top of ceramic coating. Looks better than the day I got it from Toyota (surprised?).

Had the silver 17" OEM's which I promptly painted black with Plasti-Dip and they came out great but now they're covered and stored now that I have the new wheels/tires on it.

Oh, those look slick! Toyota should step up their game. Perhaps rude to ask (sorry?), but what did that setup cost you?

    Meh...ain't like it's a big secret.

    KHS wheels: $1200
    Wildpeaks OTD: $800
    4 New TPMS sensors I installed: $120

Pretty ridiculous for perfectly unnecessary addition but I enjoy looking at it. Shit, I had yo pay $3k more than MSRP for no reason other than dealer greed, as well. o_O
