    Recently purchased this kit for my 2020 Tacoma push-start (with SOS button). Started installing it, everything was going smoothly..even got the solid blue light during programming, however, when I went to start my truck with the key fob, my headlights kept flashing and it activated my blinkers. My truck never started. Some things to note.

    1. My harness for the ignition was white in color, however, the install videos I’ve seen shows a black harness.

    2. I also do not have the “A connectors” at all. Not sure if it even matters though because supposedly they aren’t used during the install.

    Any insight or history of others having a similar issue?

    No answer after calling the technical support number. Probably closed shop for the day. All good though. I’ll take a shot at it in the morning.

    Was able to get in contact with “Jay” from N2 and dude was awesome! He walked me through the installation and even stayed on the line to get the smartphone app setup. For those who may get a kit similar to mine..the color of the ignition harness doesn’t matter! All in all, super happy with the install and customer service. Also, the app is totally worth the extra money if you’re wondering.

    To have your remote connect from Toyota canceled before my install ? I have a few days left on the 1 yr with Toyota. Thanks Donny

    No totally separate systems.

    Did you get the cellular add on? I use mine every day worth the money!

    Just didn’t know because I have service still with Toyota it ends 4-12-22 so I can install it anytime and I canceled to keep
    The remote start feature with them
    I can install it now with No issues from Toyota. Thanks

    Yup you don't have to tell them anything just let your Toyota Connect run out. Again these are seperate systems they won't interfere with each other in any way.

    Edit: You will lose the SOS feature if that matters to you.
