I use these, take nearly no space when not in use and I've left the bed of my truck with 300lbs in the bed on them for a year before outside with no issues.

Holy shit those are the horses I never knew I needed. The quick adjust and 2x4 support alone makes it look amazing.

 

I wish I had a pic of mine in use but I don't. They're excellent. adjustable height, high capacity, grip tape on top, fold up super contained, put some 2x4 or 2x6 in the sides and you can make a hell of a temp work platform.

 

Yup found some on fb marketplace I might scoop since they don't come in the Kobalt blue anymore. Found these brand new if I really wanted them.

Nice! I didn't see the bigger one, though I only have a few air tools right now. Time to buy more!

 

Not sure how much you use your air hammer, but I always recommend adding a whip to it because it's pretty hard on the airline if it's connected directly. Way less annoying repairing a short whip than it is repairing your full shop airline.

 

I don't use it that often but the doesn't mean I won't take your advice!

 

It probably won't hang as nice in your new hanger thingy though! Haha. I just use my air hammer daily so it takes a beating

Also found a different set available at Harbor Freight but I'd want to see it in person to see what the quality is like. The nice thing about these is they are height adjustable although that extra joint could make for a little less stability.

 

Have you ever used to adjustable height? I've had a set of those for a few years and can honestly say I only use them fully extended

 

non adjustable height though. The beef with my current horses is needing to undo and redo 8 wing nuts (2 per leg) to adjust the height. Damn pain in the ass.

 

I'm a really tall guy so I have em fully extended all the time, but it's a good feature for uneven ground since each leg can be adjusted individually

 

What’s everyone using for cordless tool storage? New garage and looking to have all the cordless tools in one spot with chargers.

 

It really depends on the "power tools" that you are talking about, depending on size and use. I've tried tool bags, assorted plastic totes etc in the field over the years. Now that I am no longer in the field with my tools and have a garage, I bought a box that contains most/all of the power tools (center)...



Small, most used tools and bits like drills/drivers, rotory and multi-tool...



I like to "turn wrenches", thus the ratchets and impacts of various power and size...



Love the deep, bottom drawer for bigger tools like saws, grinders etc...



Power station is built into the side with charger mounts as well...



Bench grinder, misc. lights and chargers plugged into built in strip...

 

Damn I didn't realize the Milwaukee boxes fit the Milwaukee chargers, thats really nice.

 

I store all my batteries in my house office workish room during winter. Temp controlled.

 

I considered that but my box is already full and I have a second box dedicated to just lathe and mill tooling. Just moved into a bigger garage but trying not to clutter it with another box.

What I’m looking for is a wall mount organizer like this one from tmr but bigger as I have two of most cordless tools and a charging rack on top/place for batteries. And would prefer it to be out of metal.

 

I've been eying this for a long time. Just can't bring myself to spend $70 on a shelf.
