    November 29, 2021 at 9:06pm I placed an order with SOS Offroad Concepts. I ordered a set of Truck Bed Bars for my 2021 Taco. I have checked my order status a few times on their website and it hasn't changed. From day one it just says "Order Received". I'm ok with waiting for things, especially now days, but I would at least like to see an updated status. So, I email them from their "contact us" section on their website where they say they will reply to you in 24-36 hours. I have emailed them three separate times now over the last week and a half with no replay from them. $342.00 spent and I can't even get a reply. Has anyone else here on TW had any dealings with SOS Offroad Concepts? Good or bad dealings. I liked the look of their bed bars and they have several other items I would also be interested in. I'm in North Carolina and they are in South Carolina so I was happy to see a company relatively close to home that I could support but so far I'm not real happy. Thoughts?

    I ordered slider 10/11 and still nothing. Some back and forth via email, but otherwise little update. They have notoriously rotten customer service.

    members of the TW Staff have recently learned that SOS is no longer in business. the building has been sold and the business is gone.
    if you have an outstanding order with SOS please contact your credit card/bank ASAP and start the process of filing a dispute.
