P0776 code

I was taking my truck off roading recently and after I left the trail I got a p0776 fault code. Pressure Control Solenoid B Performance/Stuck Off. I was wondering if anyone could give me some help and recommendations if I could do this repair by hand. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and I don’t have tons of money to go to the shop and get it fixed, but if I have to I will. Thank you

 

First thing I'd do is closely inspect the transmission wiring, it's possible you pulled or pinched some wires while offroading.
2nd thing is to look for leaks and check the transmission fluid level.
Beyond that there is some other checks that can be done (see the thread below) and @gearcruncher may have some other ideas.
