My wife took the leftover meat and made Cole and I a sammich for supper. It was awesome.

I hardly ever eat steaks but when I do, I'm always scared of under cooking them so I used to be a 4, now I'd go with a 3.

If I cooked one with the sous vide, I could go down to a 2 because the long cook time pasteurizes it.

Do these hook up to a toy tractor? I know my 9 year old would be all over this stuff.* The yellow back blade and the box blade would see some dirt. A Disc Harrow! Sweet!

My inner 9 year old as well if I am honest.

I don’t have a tractor to hook them to….yet. I’ve made a few implements and a trailer for my son to use that hook to a toy tractor with just a pin hitch. He’s 10 and loves playing in the dirt. He’s ask to play with these, I said when I die I don’t care what you do with them

If you go to the first page and scroll down you’ll see the trailer and some better photos.

I like Sous Vide on some cuts, but not others. Waygu Sous Vide is not good IMO, Too soft. But, something like a Ribeye or Sirloin is great. Just gotta torch them at the end of course.

I usually just reverse sear because I am lazy though.

BigDaddy told me about the reverse sear before he left, it’s the only way!

Other than a disturbing lack of Kubota Orange, I approve. That trailer is great.

That yellow back blade is awesome. Tilt and swivel? Very cool.

It reminds me a lot of the "old" days of scale modeling before the rise of 3D printing when people actually tinkered and crafted stuff. No disrespect to any 3D printers here, there is certainly skill involved there as well, but I like the old school way better.

I liked your post only as a sign of acknowledgement. It's not an endorsement of your position.

Yes, so far everything I’ve made is functional just like the real stuff. 3D printing is cool, there’s a few in here that do it

This was a Ribeye that I put in the smoker until it was like 120F IT then tossed on the grill for that reverse sear that brought it to 140F.

There was no filter or image manipulation.. that's the color of the beef from slow smoking it first... so delicious.
