Mine got fugly with a hole worn into the leather due to palm steering over the years. I just replaced mine with this nice, inexpensive one from Belinous. It's plush, nice feel, and a bit thicker than the OEM so it feels even nicer. If you order this one on Amazon, our size is L3. I found out through trial and error in ordering, but the company was very cool and refunded me the other two without having to return them. Now I am looking at the East detailing one because it is custom cut for our wheel. Mine is really nice and plush, but it does not cover the spokes because it is not custom cut. Thinking about replacing this one I just installed, with the East detailing one later this summer. Has anyone used this East Detailing one and do you have feedback?

Its pretty easy, just a couple hours sitting there sewing and pulling it tight with a hook tool. It feels fantastic, much nicer than to OEM felt. The spokes aren't covered, as you see, but as a 2006 with 230K, it seems fine. I do like the look of the East detailing one, though, so wondering if anyone has experience with it and the quality and feel.

I am doing a lot of little age restoration things to my truck to re-beautify it and I will post a thread recapping all of them, things anyone can do with our age truck to make it look more like new again.

Here's a vid which shows the basic technique. (not my vid, just one I referenced) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2it79pCaJfI&t=180s

I installed a Wheelskins branded leather steering wheel cover on my Ram, it was ~$60. It seems to be holding up, good quality and feels great. My thumb was sore after all that needle work hah
