Needing advice, trying to do an oil pan gasket replacement and I'm stuck wondering what's the easiest/fastest/best way to get oil pan Off?! It's a 4 cylinder Automatic, just wondering if I should loose motor mounts & raise engine? OR remove power steering rack? There 2 brackets on each side of the tranny attached to motor, do these come Off? In the middle of this now just trying to do it right, Thanks ✌

Forget the gasket, use Toyota FIPG sealant..
On a 4wd the front differential has to be removed.
The real trick is raising the whole truck high enough for the pan to clear the oil pickup tube.
    Got a lift ?
