5% Tint vs 2% Tint pictures

I always used 5% tint all the way around. Inspection time came so that means time to retint. This time I tried 2% tint. It's dark, way dark, so I pulled it off of the front 2 windows and put 5%. Here are pics for comparison for anyone trying to decide between 2% and 5%. The 5% allows some light through, so as you can see in the sun you can still kinda see inside. The 2% you really can't see anything from the outside.

Where do you live? and what is the legal tint there... Would definitely get pulled over in MN since the legal limit is like 30% lol

 

Legal here is 40%, lol! Every few years I get a ticket, but I can pull the old tint off to pass inspection and put some new film back on there before lunch.

 

I do have to admit tho, the 2% tint does look really good. I guess it's true what they say... you have to pay to play lol
