Box on rack- Wind Noise???

    Just installed 90% of my cab rac and I plan on throwing a pelican case up there to hold straps and other random stuff. Can anyone comment on the additional wind noise generated from doing so? I am driving around right now without my wind deflector on while I am waiting for a new mounting crossbar and it is horrendously loud above 35 mph. I know the deflector should cure this for the rack but I am wondering how much louder it will be with a box up there. Thanks!
