MESO X MORIMOTO Full LED Tail lights

Ugh mine can't come soon enough, still stuck somewhere in UPS.

I think most of the people posting up pics in this thread bought their directly from Meso.

Like others we received the shipping noticed last month, but for me, USPS has not received the package yet. So it is still in Meso's hands.

 

I didn't do the pre-order because I've been through that before with another seller (hint: Grab Handle) so I decided to wait until Meso had these in at the docks.

I took a chance and ordered on 03-22-2022 and got them in 04-01-2022. Clear lens on Silver Sky Metallic.

I feel like this is nitpicking but on that lil lens tab halfway down the tailgate side was roughed up. Driver side is fine. Passenger side looks like this

Looks like I can go either way...although, my photo was taken at dusk. I think the daylight gives it a different look.

 

I just did a side by side comparison with MESO stage one and stage one is definitely brighter running lights and turn signal.
1. Running lights negligible (advantage stage 1)
2. Turn signals (not even close, stage 1 by a mile)
3. I couldn’t test brakes as I’m by myself.

don’t get me wrong, the new LEDs look sick but it’s disappointing that the turn signals seem so dim in comparison.

 

They pre connected as sequential? Top plug red to green?

 

if anyone's wondering if the plug and play license plate reverse light bar from VLEDS works with these tail lights, I just tested it and it works no compatibility issue.

from my eyes, the MESO reverse lights seem to be of 6k, and the VLEDS's LP reverse light is a bit warmer, probably 5.5k, they don't match but I'm okay with that
