    Hi my name is James I was looking to replace the OEM JBL subwoofer in my 2017 Tacoma limited and was wondering does anybody know the width and height of the subwoofer

    Its a 8 inch subwoofer. Most shallow mount 8 inch subs will work. You want a dual voice coil 2ohm sub.

    I'm trying to figure out the specs to see what shall amount subwoofers actually fit to make sure they're not too wide or too tall. I was looking at a shallow mount sundown SA

    8 inch is 8 inch, there is no wider version of a 8 inch subwoofer. You will probably have to do a little trimming on the mounting flange of the box, but any 8 inch shallow subwoofer will fit.
