Ordered a set of Weatherbeaters for my 17 OR on Jan 1st.

I go to check the order and they simply say; "Please allow 5-10 business days to build and ship"
My email inquiry from 3 days ago remains unanswered.
My bank account was sure as heck charged promptly though, go figure.

I get there are supply shortfalls everywhere these days but let a guy know what's happening.

Yup. No communication, no future business as far as I'm concerned.

For what it's worth I ordered Husky Weatherbeaters back in July 2020 when pandemic was still a pretty new thing. CC charged 7/23 and shipped on 7/29 with no communication in between. Wasn't too worried becaues they are a pretty reputable company and the product itself is great (better than Weathertechs in my opinion).

This is not to say you shouldn't be a little cranky about no communication in this digital day and age, but I'd give them benefit of the doubt. Good luck, you will like them.

Same happened with mine. No real communication but they just randomly showed up. They are very nice though. Best option for the truck IMO.

Having had both I can definitely say the Husky liners are better than the weathertechs, the weathertechs were surprisingly thin and, laser measured as they may, be they don't fit as good as the Husky as they aren't very flexible as such they were also noiser especially with sandy shoes on them.

The Husky being thick supple rubber fit better are quieter and I find they trap more stuff and prevent it from getting under the liners.

Not to say the Weathertechs are that bad, they're still a good product but the Husky are just better.

So OP have faith good stuff should be on the way.

Yup same thing here. Pulled in my driveway yesterday and there they were, totally random.

I must say that I am very pleased with the product despite my few weeks of being nervous.

I ordered husky liners for my access cab in sept 20’…the rear liner showed up a week later. The fronts showed up sometime in February 21’. I had several email conversations with the people there and was told that due to supply chain issues they fulfill third party orders before their own regardless of when the order was placed. So for any one else planning to order huskies I would order with a vendor other than husky themselves first

I just ordered husky weatherbeaters for my 3rd gen off Amazon. Got them monday and ordered them saturday night. Super nice fit and finish. Wanted to get the other style cause they're more like a rubber material but couldn't get them on amazon.

I ordered my Husky Liners on their website and got an email saying they'd let me know when they shipped. Never got an email but pulled up from work one day and they were at my door randomly. Seems like they need better customer communication but you can't beat their quality. I've had several sets of weathertech and husky. Husky ALL DAY over the weathertech

I went back and forth and ended up ordering the weather beaters as well. I was told about a month lead time, but ended up getting the rears after one week and the fronts a week after that. Even the tracking was off. Go figure!

Other than that issue, they're awesome and make cleaning out the truck a breeze compared to carpet mats. Never going back!!
