I've looked through the manual and I can't find any picture of it. I have no idea what to call it.

What is that plastic housing block on the windshield behind the rear view mirror?

It’s part of the collision avoidance system. Toyota safety sense.

I commend you sir! It is very rare when a post starts with "I've looked through the manual".

    Welcome to the forum :hattip:

I've been in IT for well over 20yrs, and I know how to read the manual, but often forget (or get full of pride and say "I can figure this out, I got this!")

40 years ago it listed how to adjust the valves, fluid types and fluid capacities and a few misc items.

Today it's over 50% safety and 'call the dealer' warnings, and it tells you not to drink the fluids. :D

Heh. My use of this name predates both, I'm afraid. It's just a name that usually offends people in some manner. At that point, I begin telling them all about my interest in erotic taxidermy.
