    Well I guess I misread about the licensed roofer, thought it was a requirement. Carry on :laugh:

    No neighbors, yes...

    Utilities no... Although I got cable somehow! Only reason it's the main road in between towns so Xfinity runs their lines along it...

    Dealing with removing bushes is always a PITA. Thankfully we had toys to play with. Ruthlessly efficient!

    We ripped out 3 crab apple trees with my dad's tow truck.

    Pulled the old garage over with it, too. :laugh:

    Toilet re-installed and a few accessories. Small hanging mirror for between lights/above vanity arrives Saturday. Need a small towel bar too. May look for a cabinet of some sort for extra storage for the opposite/bare wall. Baseboard heater end caps should be back from fab shop tomorrow. All in all, I'm pretty pleased.

    Not my kid, not my bushes, but I know what you're getting at. :D

    That said, those bushes took like several pounds of force to yank out. I felt fine safetywise with a 15-20k rated line.

    *I did tell the parents to keep them back a ways, I ain't dealing with cat herding. We see how that played out.

    Working on the zinnser primer. Slowly. That’s hard to breathe even with the Low VOC.

    Where are you going with this? What room is this? Old, but just curious about the project. Thanks

    It is an apartment that had a smoker in it so we are encapsulating the smoke, nicotine and tar, after we triple scrubbed with TSP. Once we are done with encapsulation we will run ozone for a 12 hours to address any lingering odors. Picture 1 is the bedroom, picture 2 is the bathroom. The toilet and sink will be replaced and so will the floor. The building is 96 years old. Hand has some interesting “features.”

    Ah thanks.

    Why not tear the fixtures out first...........I mean there could be interesting odors and findings there too?

    Yes well, it’s on the list! There are interesting odors behind the fixtures. Toilet is gone, sink just haven’t got to it yet. :rofl:

    You’re sounding like my wife.:p :rofl::rofl:

    Sorry. Damn not good. I just thanked my wife for being extra nice to me. Will check her car for dents.
