After nearly getting robbed by SOS customs, I'm apprehensive to purchase from anyone who isn't a massive company. I've reached out to Victory 4x4 a few times for product info, but crickets. Are they reputable/ reliable and I'm just having bad luck?

I recently purchased a bed rack from them for my short bed taco and was delivered the wrong side panels and top bars (way too long). Reached out to their customer service team on monday and was told it would ship that day. Called Tuesday and said it would ship that day with tracking...didnt want to bother them Wednesday but haven't gotten the email so I called again this afternoon and was told it would definitely ship today and I should get a tracking number and a return label for the incorrect parts...but its nearly EOD for them with no email. I like the look of their products and price, but my first time experience hasn't been great.

Awesome! Safe to assume monkeyevil is a vendor of their or affiliate of some sort? I just purchased their blitz bumper, so this is great info to have.

I think he's an affiliate since he doesn't have the vendor flare. Glad he was able to quickly help out.

I have a bunch of their stuff. They have always come through for me and have great customer service.

Have you called them? I have gotten through to a person 100% of the time I call during business hours.

Oh yah, it must’ve been a fluke. I’m now sitting pretty with a solid bumper that got to me in a week rather than the projected 60 days.

    Many.
Victory is an offshoot of JCR Off-road, a sizable Jeep and Bronco fabricator. Toured their facility and met their team a few years back. Really nice outfit up there. @monkeyevil also has some straightforward install videos. Customer support has been legit. Long story short, they're probably bigger than many of the Toyota-centric companies combined.
