These are the tires that come on the 2021 SR 4x2 Access Cab I’m looking at. Saving money with the Utility Package and planning on getting black wheels, and hoping these tires are good/safe enough on road and in wet conditions to get 40,000 miles out of them. I don’t drive in snow unless I have to, and in South Jersey the next day most snow is melted. Looking for best mpg too, so not looking for anything to aggressive, unless these suck on wet roads. Saw mixed reviews on tire rack website.

I have some LE3 destinations on mine right now. They seem pretty good to me. I've driven them through a winter and spent a day on the highway in pouring rain, no issues on either. Way way better than the Dunlops that came on the truck originally. The only caveat I will throw on this is that I read that the wet traction was improved between the LE2 and LE3.

I’m on my 2nd set of LE2s on my 2013 PreRunner. I’ve put over 80,000 miles between the 2 sets, and have no issues except for one blowout. But, when I replace them I’ll probably go with another brand. They’re heavier than the Dunlops that came on the truck, so mileage is a bit lower, and they transmit more vibration through the steering wheel. Mainly though, I think I want something a bit more aggressive.

I should have mentioned that I bought a set of TRD OR wheels and went to a 265/70-R16, so they are probably heavier than the 245/75-16s that came stock. That would explain the decrease in gas mileage.

I like them fine. Their grip is poor off-pavement, as you might expect for a highway tire, but I've done more than I expected with them. Can't speak to snow performance, but they've done fine in moderate rain on wet pavement. Quiet. Punctured twice by nails.

As an update, the Destination LE2 tires came standard on my 2016 TRD Sport 4x4. I just replaced them at 50,000 miles and I probably could have gotten a few more thousand out of them.

Mine were great, good in snow, good gas mileage (speedo is a bit off with them though so actual mpg a little lower). Took them in sand and muddy trails no real problem.
