    It is lower

Heart rate not resting but movement down 20bpm.

    Racing?
    Well
We sold all the race cars
The 2000 GT which was all over the news
The lotus 30 went to Germany
The elva went further north up here

We have been looking for another car.
    Camaro’s, Triumph’s ,Sport Racer’s, and another Elva..

Not sure what’s going to happen.
I don’t like the idea of buying a car and having Bob jumping in the seat and racing without spending
Some time with it going through the chassis and systems.
I could end up going across half the country to pick one up.
    So we aren’t done.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Ours is almost 30 years old and still looks and works perfectly, even the fabric is original. We leave it up May through October only rolling it up if severe weather is forecast. The Tacoma of awnings.

The Costco cost was $2,800.00 delivered. I bought it in March when Costco had a 20% off sale. It was a $660.00 discount off of the already discounted price. List price $5177.89, Costco discounted price $3299.99. Package weighed around 180 lbs. with 70 lbs. being the shipping tube. Weight of the awning is 110 lbs. We plan to attach the awning to the house on Easter when there will be an additional 2 maybe 3 young guys over for dinner to help lift the awning into the brackets mounted on the wall. I plan to install the brackets this weekend.

    Nice clean job!

Thank You . This is good to know. The awning included an aluminum cover and a motion detector to automatically roll up the awning if it is open and gets windy.

Yesterday I was able to drill the vinyl siding brackets that the awning brackets will attach to. Went to a concert last night and made it home at 11:30. About 80 miles from home to the venue.

Today is some minor painting in the house, touch up then smoking a chicken for dinner.

Pic is the drilled vinyl siding brackets.

Graupel, also called soft hail, hominy snow, or snow pellets, is precipitation that forms when supercooled water droplets are collected and freeze on falling snowflakes, forming 2–5 mm balls of crisp, opaque rime. Graupel is distinct from hail and ice pellets

So that's what it's called, have seen it but never saw a specific name for it.

Another minor project day, fixed a leaking flush valve in the toilet and installed a new porcelain ceiling lampholder in the basement, soon I need to get started on the spring got's to do list!

In Texas, it's known as hard rain! :) THACK! THACK!

Last weekend, I got in a nice bike ride; perfect weather to get my legs spinning!

The Red Poppy Ride benefits the SERTOMA scholarship program for Georgetown ISD and the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center.

My two-minute video at the beginning of the ride.

    Evening all:

Just looked at fuel oil price from my supplier, ONLY $4.399! At least it's not at $5.279 which it was for a while, hoping it comes down to the $3.00 that I filled up at, or less, when I need to fill again, but I believe that's only wishful thinking!
I still have the coal stove fired up trying to stretch out that CHEAP $3.00 a gal. fuel oil I have in the tank!

    "Pellet snow" around here.

One of my most memorable hikes was out on the slick-rock in heavy pellet snow. The noise was weird and intense. The silence behind the noise muffling. A very interesting day.

The problem for me is I need other things like shingles etc. Every time I try to plan stuff another one of these Covid shots comes up. So I don’t like being a pin cushion with injections back to back with poss side effects.

It's good that your heart rate is down and blood pressure. Retirement is suiting you, no stress.

It must of been sad to see the race cars leave. Should of taken my advice, drive like you you stole it. Across the borders.

I always did like the 70's Camaro Pro Touring, Like this one

You were right about the snowblower I showed you a picture of the wheel, axle. The axle was bent. I bent it back but the wheel is still crooked but I can now roll the blower to use. I don't know if it worth going crazy to get the wheel straight.
