Looking for a place to list my hilux for sale where it would reach enthusiasts.
I’m in SC and have a 1987 xtra cab 4wd with 112k miles. Its in very good condition, 22R-E, auto, newer 30x9.5 BFG m/t’s, about 95%+ stock, zero (none) rust. Its a deluxe with factory SR5 trim option. I have the original window sticker. Its a Ca-Az-SC vehicle.
I have six 4wd vehicles. This one and my 2004 rubicon with 20k are the two i’m considering selling.
Please post up if you know a good place to list the Toyota. PM if you want to discuss.
    Thanks in advance

Bring-a-trailer (hey look it’s already on a trailer!) is a hassle with the required photos, replying to bidders questions, etc - but boy oh boy would you get some serious cheddar!!!

I'm convinced Bring a Trailer is a money laundering service.

Mine is in much better shape, 22r-e, Ca model with all emissions intact.
I like the auto but it wasn’t my first choice.
Just couldn’t pass it up due to condition, originality, window sticker, manual….
In fact, I was so amazed at the condition , I didn’t even drive it before buying in person.

I saw that truck. It’s got a Weber carb, not a 22r-e. lots more miles and mine is in much better shape (particularly from underneath) a Ca model and has all emissions intact.
I would have preferred a manual. Turned out I enjoy driving the auto. these are not very quick with either.

Sorry posting from my phone in a deer stand. Lost the first post in the quote. Sorry for the redundant info.
But to reiterate- that truck is not in the same league as mine.

I realize most sellers would say all of the above. But this seller truly doesn’t care if it sells. Suit me fine if it didn’t. With 6 trucks in the stable it doesn’t get driven much. hoping it goes to a true enthusiast

If I had an extra $20k I'd take it. But I don't and my wife would not be okay with the purchase anyway. GLWS.

it's too damn hot to be up in a stand already.

Much better than when our season opened Aug 15th.
Goes to Jan 1 Centerfire rifle the whole season.
Every year I look forward to it opening and ending!

That's pretty wild. Ours opened for archery today but muzzleloader doesn't come in until late October and then firearms doesn't come in until after Thanksgiving. The whole season runs until the end of January.
