Kicker key amp install doing something weird

Okay so in my 2017 non-JBL I just installed the kicker 180.4 amp. Made my T harness and actually ran a set of leads out from the input side so I can add a sub later. I already installed Infinity reference 6x9 separates in the front and 6.5" coaxials in back. Plugged it all in and it works fine. Tried to do the auto-tune thing and when it's done only the driver's front speaker is on. Switch it off with the mic button and it goes back to normal. Anyone experience this before?

 

I’d call kicker and see if they know. Their support is great

 

Sent them an email. All I can think is maybe it's sensitive enough to know that maybe a speaker on that corner is out of phase or something. I may check that tomorrow when it's not pouring rain.
