Looks great! I’ve been thinking of getting a GMRS, what one do you have?

All last night until 4am I did: Front locker/diff in, changed both diff fluids, motor oil, tcase oil, changed rear driveline, wired up front locker, and took it wheeling today and beat the piss outta it.

Wait, wait, wait. How are these trucks not perfect? All these flaws enable us in to these little fixes, personalization, and this forum. This place would really be some sort of intergalactic circle jerk if no one replaced or added anything to these trucks and told each other how it went and what they did wrong, what to do next time all while photo documenting it all.

Mine came with a regular spare key too. The FOB remains in the truck turned off. No need to keep the FOB in a hide-a-key. Just keep the extra key in the hide-a-key.

And that's fair. There are some things though that still baffle me, especially since they are either not easy to fix with bolt-ons, or not able to be fixed at all, or things that are glaringly obvious (literally in the case of tag lights). How about a shark fin antenna that is 3 inches taller than it needs to be and directly interferes with mounting things to the roof or, in my case, dents the roof when the tonneau cover catches wind? How about a maintenance schedule feature with 15 different timers that have to be reset manually one at a time? Drum brakes, in the 2020's? Manual Transmission can't have keyless start (not to be confused with remote start, they are different)? Automatics with keyless start don't have a manual key bypass? A wireless charger that can't keep up with a phone using GPS (I'm using Wireless Android Auto, and the pad can't keep up)? Driveshaft bolts that have to be re-torqued every 10K miles? Red turn signals? That one is just a personal pet peeve, and especially annoying when the 2nd Gen had the correct color turn signals from the factory. I'm certain I'm forgetting plenty of items, but those are just off the top of my head.

EDIT: and a half-assed tune from the factory that seems to keep switching back and forth from Regular to Atkinson at the low RPM I like to stay in since I've got some decent torque to work with. At least that's the only reason I can come up with for the power output fluctuations I feel tooling around town. Oh, and no setting for changing the default version of Cruise Control you want to use and no way to permanently disable AEB without Entune.

I was just letting the other poster know that the little multi tool isn't needed.

The funny part for me is that he typed all of that perfectly but somehow didn't notice caps-lock was on.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
Damn, this makes me even happier I did my Clazzios!

Hey..regarding Leather Conditioners. The Meguiars and most others are all good but if you really want the mostest badest-ass elixer EVER, seek out some Zaino Z-10 Leather Conditioner, online only. The aroma of this stuff is better than crack cocaine. It's high powered Cat Nip to a cat. The biggest plus to having leather again is I need Zaino Z-10. If you like the smell of good leather, you'll not want to get out of your truck after using it! Trust me on this one! My last full size truck, an F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4, I ran it for 240k and about 10 years and the seats were in epic condition, including the driver's side outboard bolster that ALWAYS cracks and rips.
