    Want to change my rims
    Which came without sensors
What issues would I see if I didn’t go that route?

No sensors? You live with a light on the dash.

You will need some black tape for the dash and will have to return the old ones each year to pass inspection.

Buy new sensors from Amazon, price varies between $45-$75 for a set of 4.

Have the tire store install them at no extra cost when they mount your tires.

You are good to go for 7-10 years.

Since your truck is a 2020 I'd just use the old ones. Depending on how long the new tires last it might be a good idea to buy new sensors before you buy your next set of tires. With an expected life of 7-10 years I proactively replace them anytime new tires are going on the truck if the sensors are already 7 years old or older. If you wait until the sensors die you will have to pay $10-$20 per tire to have them installed. Or just wait until you get another set of tires.
