The last of the factory grease left the rack somewhere in the TX panhandle. Dropped into a truck stop lube shop in Sayre, OK and they let me use their grease gun to pop a couple little holes in the rack boots and pack them pigshit full with Red and Tacky. Good enough to get home on. Rack, pump, lines, and mounting hardware on order from Olathe Toyota, should be there a few days after I get home.

I have a Logitech G920 with shifter for my Xbox. I have a cheap Amazon stand for it and then bought an Ikea chair as the driver seat. It's a budget setup, but it's not bad. The only things I don't like is the brake feel on the G920 which is a common complaint and I guess there are modifications you can do to improve it and then with the stand prior to bracing the mount against my TV stand I found it would slide a lot under heavy braking.

I found it very challenging to drive in the Forza games with the wheel. Horizon is almost underdriveable to be honest since you have to relearn and with the cheaper mount any quick, aggressive sawing at the wheel (think drifting) the whole stand moves. But, in Forza Motorsport where it's much smoother inputs it's a lot of fun.

We have Mass Crane and Hoist out of Tyngsboro come to our work as part of the continuning. It's basically the test class again. It was a bit of a waste of time, but I get why you need it. I also have never actually used our overhead crane at work, but it's neat to have a license for it. We recently all had to get forklift licenses as well.

Drifting isn't my thing so much anyway, is the Logitech belt driven?

Speaking of rust… Just dropped my new front bumper off at my friends body shop. Hasn’t been on the truck yet so it’s clean metal but he painted his front bumper with an epoxy primer and raptor liner over that. It’s held up great with no rust and I guess you can get the raptor in rattle cans also for touch ups. Sliders are the next thing to get dropped off, they’re wrecked… It’s always a challenge keeping the rust out. My CBI rear started rusting 2 days after I got it and I paid for the powder coating…

For small stuff I use amsoil heavy duty metal protectant. The stuff is awesome. I have non stainless bolts that went through the winter with zero rust on them. Really impressed.

I really like that Amsoil HDMP. I use it on fasteners, insides of brackets/bumpers/fenders, and even in joins and seams in the frame. Fabulous stuff. It creeps well but once the solvent flashes out it stays put through even a couple pressure washes.

I now have skids from bumper, back through t case. The drop section is to clear the crossover pipe of the exhaust.

Just waiting to go pick up my sliders...
Unless I find a screaming deal on front bumper/winch mount.... I'll just wait until I damage things...

Currently looking for another of rims... 18 hoke 16" steelies... may just buy new ones...

I've never been much of a gamer, but that looks like a cool setup. I looked at the chairs with spots to mount the wheel and pedals and those are cheaper than I thought they would be.

The last driving game I played was probably Gran Turismo 4.

I would like to find a rear bumper for mine. Silver to match . Black might work too . Haven’t even bothered to try though . Hoping one one comes available in TW. Somewhere

Just find any available and paint. Not like there's many available around here. I'll be taking mine off soon but probably in worse condition than yours.

I'm putting a hi cut on in May. If you're gonna paint it anyway you could probably hammer out the dents in my stocker. Free for the taking.

I started spring maintenance on the small engine stuff and think my tractor fuel filter may have been a little overdue for a change.

    upload_2022-4-10_16-24-53.jpg

I think this was all from before me, though. I run ethanol free 91 in everything, usually with a bit of Sea Foam mixed in, and use it way too much for the fuel to get stale.

My bumper has a dent and no rust but it is bent downward from backing into/ over something . :anonymous:. Unless it can be fixed. If it can’t I’ll take yours
